Throttle Launcher is a good piece of software for Windows Mobile Devices which currently supports Htc home , Throttle Launcher is a better replacement for Htc home its multiple tab facility makes it a better one than other home plugins
First thing to do
go to start -> Settings -> Personal-> Today
In the items tab Deselect Htc home plugin
Download the bundled software here Throttle Launcher
Unpack the file and install TouchFlo3D.cab then install ThrottleLauncher0.9.5c.cab
After installed goto start -> Settings -> Personal-> Today
In the items tab select Throttle home plugin then press Ok
